In Our Time - Introduction
The increased popularization
of the Kabbalah of our time has both positive and
negative aspects on the psyche of humanity. The gullibility
of accepting ideas, concepts, assumptions and ways
of beliefs without examining them can cause great
damage to many brains now pretending that they are "on
the right track".

Basics
The word Kabbalah
literally means "
to receive
", what to receive, how to receive, when to receive
and from whom to receive is what is called and elaborated
on as "
Tradition
"that was passed
on as the "Oral Teaching"(
Torah SheBeal Pe
), since ancient times
as it is transmitted from Abraham and Moses, the
source of all our learnings, and throughout the generations
from "teacher"to "student"and "father"to "offspring" until
this very day.
What
Kabbalah Is and Is Not
Since the Kabbalah is becoming very popular
these days, an event that is very significant for the future of humanity and the
Universe, it is very important to make few things clear about this sacred ancient,
new, knowledge, wisdom and an exact science of the Cosmos, Cosmic laws, and the
personal ability, the individual practical wisdom of natural balance, that can
be harmoniously integrated in tune and resonating with all creation.

Who
Am I Who Says I Am Nothing?
Who am I? I
am nothing.
How can nothing say it is nothing? Who is this, I, who says I am
nothing?
The
Cosmic Accordion
This expression, "Cosmic
Accordion," was born out of necessity. Over
the years, in working with my students, I found this
natural law occurring over and over again in many and
varied situations. But it had no name. We
explored it together, and after some time it finally
distilled itself into these two words, which, as part
of our vocabulary of condensed communication, shortened
the space between thought and action in our actual class
sessions. Thus, we are able to talk about it, to see
it, to reflect upon it, to BE it.
The
Shield of the Beloved
In this introduction
to what is called in Kabbalah “The Divine Mirror” or “The
Diamond Within,” I am addressing myself both to
the one within who knows, and to the one within who is
ignorant. I will try to speak a language that reaches
everyone. There is nothing new here, it is very

many students who have come to me from various cultures,
races, and professions. I know from experience, the
innocence and gullibility of human nature. In an
age and culture that twists all logic, reasoning,
and gives false and distorting views of reality,
a sincere person seeking knowledge may become confused.

student is aware of this energy or not. This awareness
can be experienced as a genuine energetic frequency,

The event of 32 years ago that gave me
the first clue or sign of what America was all
about remains vivid in my mind today. It was
a first encounter that prepared me for America's
state of mind then as well as now. I came to
understand through great effort the meaning of
this event only after much struggle.
The
Beginning
Once upon a time,
after a great cataclysm that almost obliterated
life on this planet, a small group of peasants,
who were very old, were the only survivors of
the global disaster. They were struggling to survive
by farming the blighted earth. But the earth was
so damaged that their efforts to cultivate a few
food crops were in vain.

Fish Story
Once, there was a fish who lived in the
great ocean, and be-cause the water was transparent,
and always conveniently out of the way of his
nose when he moved along, he didn't know he was
in the ocean.

Gazelle Of The Dawn
Near a tree, in a green valley,
Beside a blooming hill.

A gazelle with bright eyes
Like the sun rising.

About
Samuel Ben-Or Avital?
Born in the
small village Sefrou, near Fez, in the Atlas
Mountains of Morocco, Samuel was educated
in the home of a simple and remarkable family,
which traces its lineage to 15th Century
Span and before. Carrying from father to
son is an unbroken line in the Sephadic tradition,
the ancient, beautiful, and practical wisdom
of the Hebrew Science of the Kabbalah. Through
these web pages Samuel offers a rare glimpse
into the inner world of Kabbalah and to clarify
for those who are serious, what is necessary
to study Kabbalah.

has an original way to deeply touch the Eternity...
There
are images in the life of a man that
accompany him all his life. That is
the image of Samuel for me, Samuel
is the grand son and I am the great
great son of a great being that was
the center of our lives - Rabbi Eliyahu Ya’akov Abitbol peace be with him, and among all
my extended family; Samuel was the
connecting link that was between me,
my father and my
grandmother Rachel peace be with
her. (My grand mother Rachel is the
sister of Samuel’s father R. Moshe Amram Abitbol may peace be with
them).
Samuel
remained faithful to his roots.
His faith in Hebrew is אמוּנתו)) EIMUNATO and his art is (אוּמנוּתו) UMANUTO. It’s a play on words that fits so
well his personality. Shemuel lives
his faith as he lives his art, originality
and faithfulness. His faith includes
all the gamut of the Jewish Civilization
in its colors and richness. His art
includes all facets of art with emphasis
on mime.
